    Abacha is a local delicacy in Eastern Nigeria. Its flakes are made from shredding boiled cassava tubers. The shredded Cassava flakes is then washed and dried. You can eat it as a snack or a full meal. It is an Igbo cuisine. There are many variations to making this African salad, but the more ingredients you add like Ugba, fish, anala and garden egg the tastier the dish.
